SOUTHERN SASS VINYL EXTENDED USE LICENSE
What it includes...
1. An Extended License for all Southern Sass Vinyl graphics for use in one Shop (graphics must be purchased separately.)
2. This extended license allows our graphics to be used by the purchaser for RESALE as vinyl, HTV, laser or sublimation transfers only.
3. You cannot sell, rent or share the file as any digital format, nor claim the file as your own.
4. If selling the transfers online, a watermark MUST be added to the images you use to advertise online. If you do not use the watermark, you put yourself and us at risk for theft. You also cannot claim authorship in any form.
SOUTHERN SASS VINYL POD EXTENDED USE LICENSE
If you are wanting to use our design on Print On Demand websites (Printful ect).
What it includes...
1. An Extended License For All Southern Sass Vinyl printable designs for use in one Shop (graphics must be purchased separately.)
2. POD extended license allows our graphics to be used by the purchaser for use with Print on Demand websites. No limit to number of sites you can use on.
3. You cannot sell, rent or share the file as any digital format, nor claim the file as your own.
5. Using our Ready To Print designs to create other designs for sale is not permitted and will be reported as copyright infringement.
Multiple Shops- If you have multiple websites, please contact us for a big discount to purchase an additional Extended license for each additional shop or Facebook group you wish to sell in etc, with different names, a separate license is required for each one. (The name of the website and Facebook page/group must be provided to us at the time of purchase.)
Because this is a digital graphic no refund is available after purchase.
