Corners Print Long Maxi Dress is a stunning stand alone artefact from our Organic Cotton Collection. We made the choice of using certified organic fabric as a conscious step towards a cleaner, more fair and beautiful world. The textile we use for this piece is strong and gorgeously textured pure cotton, breathable and durable. It is dyed in classic black color, raw silver grey and salmon rose version. The silhouette of this dress is simple and sleek - but with an amazing detail: there are four slits, two in front and two on the back, that show off your legs when you move or dance in a sensual but elegant manner. Paired with our oriental Kimonos it can become a graceful gown for an artsy occasion, just by itself - it is that perfect light and comfortable dress for an Ecstatic Dance session. The front and back of the piece are decorated with subtle geometric print, to add a little tribal detail. This is a more classy version of a similar Organic Cotton Alchemy Dress, that is available in more vibrant colors (Turquoise, Gray and Coral).

Certified Organic Cotton – is a natural soft eco friendly material.
Why did we start working with Organic Cotton? Generally, the Cotton industry is very harmful towards the environment and the people who are involved in it. Organic certification was created to improve this. Organic production systems reduce the use of toxic pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture. It is also very beneficial for the local communities working on the fields, as their labour conditions are improved and wages are raised up to certain standards. Hence, the price of the fabric is higher than the overall market price of cotton, but this money is invested into the future of our planet and into the happiness of the villagers, so that they can live their simple rural life in dignity.

Fringe – is handmade for every piece. It is traditional authentic handwork.

All Chintamani Items are made by small home factories in India and Indonesia. We care about every piece quality and intend to make our clothes special, reflecting authentic tribal vibes in a gentle classy way.

We are washing fabrics twice during the production process, so that our customers will get pieces that will not change after home wash.
Wash all-natural fabrics by hand or in a washing machine on a cold gentle cycle, using ecological laundry products.
Please keep in mind that hot water makes natural fabrics shrink a bit and that all fabrics get much softer after washing.
