The contest "I am talented - I own the company" in 2018 is an internal activity to welcome the 64th Appreciation of Vietnamese Doctor's Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2019). The competition starts from November 1, 2018 - February 27, 2019, has attracted 22 topics participating in the competition from all departments, including professional and back-office departments.

In the series of Internal Activities of the Clinic towards the vision: "Being a Vietnam’s leading medical clinic in providing outstanding experiences for customers and patients when using health services", Thanh Cong Medical Clinic officially launched the contest "I am talented - I own the Company in 2018" with the aims:

1. Find out many creative ideas and reasonable solutions to improve the work performance of each member, contributing to bring customers the best services, helping to enhance the customer experience.
2. Create good conditions for people contribute to the development of the organization, making people feel respected, build solidarity and love the working environment.
3. In order to awaken the potential and encourage thinking of solving private problems which prevent development and individual work, affecting the development of the team.
4. Detecting excellent factors for fostering, developing, and building a workforce succession for the company in the future.

The spring is coming up closely. Every corners of Sai Gon seem to be more hustle and bustle. The year of 2018 with tons of ups and downs, happiness and sadness has passed. For the purpose of throwback to previous time, sharing achievements and setting up targets of a promising year, “Year-end Ceremony 2018 and Welcome New Year 2019” has hold on 19^th January, 2019 at Thanh Cong Medical Clinic. This is a special party for all members of Clinic to review remarkable memories of the previous year together.
