The competition "I am talented - I own the Company" in 2018

In the series of Internal Activities of the Clinic towards the vision: "Being a Vietnam’s leading medical clinic in providing outstanding experiences for customers and patients when using health services", Thanh Cong Medical Clinic officially launched the contest "I am talented - I own the Company in 2018" with the aims:

1. Find out many creative ideas and reasonable solutions to improve the work performance of each member, contributing to bring customers the best services, helping to enhance the customer experience.
2. Create good conditions for people contribute to the development of the organization, making people feel respected, build solidarity and love the working environment.
3. In order to awaken the potential and encourage thinking of solving private problems which prevent development and individual work, affecting the development of the team.
4. Detecting excellent factors for fostering, developing, and building a workforce succession for the company in the future.

*** Registration time: November 1 - November 20, 2018

*** Participants: All clinic staff

*** Form of participation: Individual or Group (No quantity limit)

*** Detail content: Topics contest will be sent to the Organizer's mailbox and kept confidential about the content and author identity before the announcement of the final prize.

Topic: Imagine if you are the owner of the Company, what you will do to improve your work performance to be better, faster, more satisfy customers.

The contest includes two stages:

A. Stage 1: Evaluation of ideas & possibility (November 1 - December 10, 2018)

a. Registration Time: November 1 - November 30, 2018

Each individual or group will send the exam (in the form) to present in detail a problem that is found in your personal work, or your department's work that is wasting resources, not effective. And propose ideas to help improve and solve that problem, contributing to the development of the clinic.

b. Stage of preliminary evaluation: November 30 - December 10, 2018

The jury will assess the topics to select 3-5 projects with typical, possible and high applicability to go into the stage 2.

B. Stage 2: Develop detailed projects and awards: 15.12.2018 - 15.02.2019

3 - 5 the projects selected to the Final Round will have to develop a detailed plan based on the practical work. The topics will be presented and criticized in front of the jury board. The jury will conduct the evaluation and award in the Doctor's Appreciation Day 27/2.

C. Stage 3: Implementing ideas and evaluating efficiency: March 1, 2002 - September 30, 2011

The award-winning projects will be applied their topics to the practice of clinic operations within the topic presented as an official project of the company. The team leader or the individual will be proposed to the Project Manager. The project implementation time is 6 months. The BOD of the Clinic will create all conditions to help the projects be applied in the most convenient way.

The individual or team leader will send the report of the performance to the Board of Directors monthly. The jury will conduct the evaluation and award the prize in stage 3.
