Training program "Effective communication skills" Course 1 of 2018

With the aim of constantly improving skills and knowledge for all employees, Thanh Cong Medical Clinic has organized the training program named "Effective communication skills" Course 1. It is held during 2 days: 17^th and 18^th November, 2018 with the participation of more than 30 trainees who are doctors, heads of dept. and core staff of the Clinic.

Successful communication is an art that you must learn and practice proactively step by step. Communication is a bridge for you to conquer the world. Good communication will help you integrate quickly, convey the content of conversation well to listener and solve the conflicts.

With the guidance of the instructors, many lively and meaningful group activities have been occurred to help the trainee raised their working problem and help to reevaluate their own capabilities, recognize the short term thinking, from which they will be more connected, improving work efficiency, map out the direction in each stage and believe more in their career.
